Bon Appetit. Banana Smoothie 5 minutes


Healthy food and yoga is the way how i live every day. You can gain power from the universe through mental and physical satisfaction. Today’s post is about #HealthyFood that takes 5 minutes of your time to be satisfied. This”Banana Smoothie” can be used as a protein cocktail for gym and others every day activities. Just drink 30 min before gym or after 30 minutes (can be used as a replacement of evening dinner).


  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Ice (optional)

1) Peel the banana and put it in the blender. You can also use a food processor if you don’t have a blender. Cut the banana into large chunks to make it fit.

2) Add the milk, honey and cinnamon. If you like thick smoothies, reduce the milk to 1/2 cup. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk or water. Add 5-6 ice cubes (optional).

3) Blend the ingredients.

4) Pour the smoothie into a glass. Decorate with piece of banana.
